This allows for the investor to be aware of any issues that may deter offers, and it also gives potential buyers insight into the condition of the property prior to placing an offer. In addition the buyer will save on the inspection cost and hopefully streamline the offer process to closing.

We also provide a one year home warranty. The home will be covered throughout the listing process and continue on for the confidence and protection of the new home owner.

All of our listings have their own individual custom website. This allows for immediate visibility to the tech savvy buyers in today's real estate market. The property is also uploaded weekly to all of the online public search sites.

Our transaction system provides immediate communication and information to our clients. We know that you need to respond accordingly to your clients and investors.

We have long term relationships with contractors and handyman. Vacant properties sometimes require immediate and specialized attention to get the property ready to list. This may include trash removal, damage control, cleaning, landscaping, lock replacement, etc.
